Estimates and Project Scope

Estimates are valid for 14 days. Any changes in scope, materials, or conditions may result in an updated quote.

Scheduling and Payment

A [10-50]% deposit may be required to secure the job start date. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and electronic transfer. Payments for Flat-Rate service is due upon scheduling. Subscription services are due each month and drawn from credit card used to initiate service.

Text Messaging Agreement

By engaging with Sam’s Integrity Services and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive service-related text messages from us via A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging systems.

These messages may include:

•Appointment scheduling or changes

•Project status updates

•Estimate confirmations or questions

•Service completion follow-ups

You understand that:

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any of our texts. Sam’s Integrity Services will never use your number for unsolicited marketing without express consent.

Service Conditions

Client agrees to provide site access and necessary utilities during the project.Delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or hidden site conditions may affect timelines.

Warranty

We stand by our work. A limited workmanship warranty of [1 year] applies unless otherwise specified in writing.

Cancellations

Clients must provide [72 hours] notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.
